There is known first experimental study of physical properties of Time by Professor N.A.Kozyrev, Russia, who wrote some papers on causal or asymmetrical mechanics.  It was conducted experiments on management of direction and rate of a sequence of a time. Since 1967 in Moscow Aviation Institute were conducted some research works by direction of Professor Felix Yu. Zigel (up to his death in 1988) on UFOs those have some technical form. According to the work on State Budget topic "Preliminary researches on the abnormal phenomena in the atmosphere" a lot of value information was collected as file on this phenomena. The information was used to determine cause (reason) and effect (follows) connections and physical processes where determined by authentic cases of traces and fragments, cinema and photos, and telemeter images of UFOs from 1987 up to present time. There is data about influences of some parts of these objects and their body (surface of device) on the rate and direction of Time. To confirm this last statement series of experiments were made with 4 types of laboratory systems (and in the present time it is developed one more system for new experiments).

        In experiments on deceleration and acceleration of physical Time in small closed area of space (those were conducted since 1988) among other aspects some effect of electromagnetic fields influence on space-time continuum was tested. The experimental system to investigate such sort effects was built as set of electromagnets those are connected in serial and in parallel and they are installed on the globe-shaped surfaces. In various experiments it was used from 3 up to 5 Electromagnetic Working Surfaces (EWS).  All EWS layers of various diameters were installed consistently in each other  (similarly to Russian toy "matrioshka"). The maximum EWS size was made about meter, the minimum EWS diameter (internal) was equal to 115 mm that is quite sufficient space to place inside of EWS some gauges of control and experimental animals  (various kinds insect and laboratory mouse) to investigate effects of converging spherical electromagnetic of waves.

        The measurements of Time rate were conducted by means of all known modern ways of measurement: all kinds electronic, quartz, mechanical, nuclear clocks were used; as well as the specially produced duplicated quartz generators  (to compare frequencies of standard heat-shielded generators); fiber-optic line diodes and other ways were tested. Though some kinds of measuring devices, for example, quartz clock, can be influenced by other physical factors, but duplication method of measurement   allow us essentially reduce a error of measurement.  Thus change of velocity of Time  was reached (that Professor Kozyrev named as density of time). We can write t/tE, where “tE” is normal time of Earth space and “t” is local time inside of the experimental system. It was detected as several seconds per hour, but in one of experiments because of some non-completely known reasons, the deceleration of time has made -4 minutes per 8 hour (-30 sec per hour).  Slowing down of rate of time up to -1,5 sec per hour and acceleration up to  + 0,5 sec per hour was produced and explained. If to accept usual reference Time as tE= + 1 it will become clear that we investigated a change of speed of Time in a very small range: + 0,99 < t/tE < + 1,01. So, the tested subjects and animals at any mode of operations (slowing down or acceleration) were moved in Future faster or slower that ones in normal environmental area of space.

        In experiment it was established that the processes of slowing down and acceleration of Time are sharply different. The slowing down of Time was more smoothly and steadily than acceleration sharp jumps and this mode is unstable and it depends of any external factors. In particular case, the instability of acceleration of speed of Time is connected with period of day or night and Moon phase, probably from other reasons also that include human – experimenter presence. Even small external effect, for example mechanical vibration, can produce great result and change value of the effect.

         Despite small size of change of a Time, even such small acceleration can be named as "trips in Future” but the slowing down less than - 1 hour per hour cannot be considered as “trip in Past". Physics of Future Time is radically different from Physics of Past Time. Present Time is transition or conversion of a multi-alternative Future Time in one-alternative and unchangeable Past Time. So, flight in Past Time (at the "negative density t/tE") and flight in Future Time should be different. It can be compared with moves of a ant along a tree: from any point of a tree (from Present Time) there is only one way of downwards (in Past Time) and there are several ways upwards (in Future Time). However, for different possible ways in Future there are doubtless and most probable variants of development , also there are impossible and almost possible. The movement in Future will be especially unstable and power-intensive if Variant of the Future is near of impossible. According to given "by the law of a top of a tree ", the return move is possible only if traveler in time does not interfere in occurring events and his way to a past history was not changed, otherwise the traveler will returned in other parallel Present of History of other branch of the tree. The penetration in Future from the Present is hindered by choice of a branch of moving, but the return move from any variant of Future Time in Present Time is possible for any behavior of the traveler.

     Experiments proved that the Person and Time make very strong influence on each other. The effect of the operator on experiment is revealed, but it is not investigated completely yet. It was found also that harmful effect for biological system is not related to the process of moving in time itself but it is result of the difference of Time rate value in various parts of a body (a biological system). Inside of the laboratory setup it was also fixed that the Time can be changed with some inertia. Areas of the space of different Time rate have vague borders. At a sufficient difference of change of Time rate the human eye can see area of other Time rate as some white mist, at more difference - as lighting mist, that can be used as a signal of danger for biological systems. It is possible to consider time-travels as possible and (after experiments with mouse and other supervision) there are some reasons to think they will be safe for travelers if they will follows to some rules. It is necessary to emphasize specially: the trips in time (due to new discovered properties of a Time) can’t affect onto the Past Time and they can’t change our past history. All so named paradoxes for traveler in time (when “he meet himself in Past" or "kill his grandfather in his children's age ") have fine solutions in 3-dimensional time.

        It is possible to consider as proved fact that Time has more than one measurement, i.e. theoretical calculations by O. Bartini are confirmed: Time has 3 dimensions.  Hence our Earth world can be considered as 6-dimensional object: length, width, height, age or date of a Time, variant of a History or erosion of a Time, density or speed of a Time. The concept for "Arrow of a Time” as fourth dimension (moment of Time) is particular case in concept of sixth dimensions (velocity of Time) that lead to physical concepts of a gravitation and energy and they are simultaneously connected also. Concepts of the " Einstein-Rosen bridges" those are known from 1916 or "worm-holes" those were introduced in science by John Willer in 50th years, are travels in 5th and 6th dimensions, i.e. the "classical" time travels were described by G. Wells.
