Free energy generation by means of alternating electric field
    The project is published here as new attempt to find serious partner in this deal to develop the technology. Really, my previous experience is negative since I can not find any investor from May 1999. Let's try once more time.

    There is known technology to melt a metal or to heat a food in high frequency electromagnetic field. The effect is based on induction currents in electrically conductivity material. In this case some magnetic counter flux is created and power input should be increased. For example, if magnetic field is created by means of rotor, the rotor will be decelerated according to heat energy that is created in the material.
    Other way: alternating in time (or rotating) electric field and dielectric material. In this case the kinetic energy of rotor (that is an electric capacitor) is not connected with heat energy of the dielectric material, i.e. value of heat energy that is created in dielectric can be more than electric input energy that is necessary to keep high intensity electric field in capacitor.
    Liquid dielectric (oil) can be used as material for heat exchange with water-vapour generator of electro-generator turbine.
