Serner's rotor

This system was created in 1750 by J.A.Segner: reactive flow of water is the reason for rotation.

There is some analogy with known Victor Shauberger's self-rotation vortex and other similar devices. Axial input of water is possible if the pressure gradient between center and periphery of the rotor is created. By this way both rotation and axial propulsion force can be produced.
