as Time Control method
This project is joint work with Dr. Chernobrov (right),
Moscow. Contract was started in May, 2002.
The first version is system of 20 emitters, each is powered by impulse current to get longitudinal waves. By means of spherical superposition of the emitters the interference pattern is the convergent wave. The effects should be measured in the center of the system. The system was built in Faraday Lab Ltd, St. Petersburg, Russia, June-November 2002.
